Arthroscopic Posterior Capsulolabral Repair in a Beach-chair Position | Orthopedics
Author shows posterior labral repair in beachchair position....it can work, however if you have a more extensive tear, if you have to fix the labrum in the 6 pm or 7pm position, this approach will be difficult.
